About

After playing many video games with the “GameShark” years ago, and seeing my characters become invincible and overall uber, I got to thinking how nice it’d be to be able to upgrade myself that way. I would really like a LIFEshark… Life extension, more energy, more strength, the works! Fortunately, there is such a thing: antiaging dietary supplements.

Lo and behold, now that some time has passed, it seems that the rest of the world has finally agreed that getting old sucks! There has been a lot of serious research with real breakthroughs on what dietary supplements really work as anti-aging supplements, extend life, provide real improvement for health conditions, give extra energy, and more. Far from the pseudoscience of the past, these new studies use placebo-controlled, double-blind methods to prove efficacy.

After researching several of these dietary supplements, I decided it was time to dust off this old domain because now, after all this time, it looks like there are really some nutritional supplements that actually serve as a natural “LifeShark” or otherwise do a lot to improve health. I therefore endeavor to provide facts about the most promising of these, starting with the ones I actually take myself.

As of now, articles from guest authors are also being added. I make no guarantees as to the accuracy of any posts provided by outside sources.

Also, I am not a doctor, and I don’t even play one on TV. By following ANY recommendations on this site, you are effectively joining me in being a beta tester, and I take no responsibility for any bad effects you may incur. If you don’t want to take any risks, that’s what “going to the doctor” is for. Not that I think doctors aren’t risky :D , but they have lots of malpractice insurance. Anyway, you should “always consult with a medical professional before starting a new supplement or other health regimen.”

Not like I’d do that. But some kind of fed or other insists I make it clear that I’m not a doctor.

Oh, and anything I write is only as good as the information I was able to find out about it, combined with my personal experience.
